The Sasol  Service Portal is a great resource where you can submit and track your queries enabling us to respond as swiftly as possible. You are also able to request additional information and follow-up on existing queries.
We are pleased to introduce the Supplier Statement Submission functionality on the Service Portal.
This enhancement to the Service Portal, allows suppliers to log and track the status of their statement submissions. It also enables Sasol to track any missing invoices and outstanding queries, in order to improve our turn-around time and ensure that all invoices received are processed efficiently.
All existing Service Portal users can access the Supplier Statement Submission functionality by logging on to the platform via the link below.

<span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">Following our previous communication relating to human rights, and in support of our governance processes, Sasol is implementing a due diligence process which includes the
completion of a Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ)</span></span> <span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">for Suppliers. The DDQ will enable Sasol to assess, amongst other things, the risk of human rights abuses
(including slavery and human trafficking) in its supply chain processes.&nbsp; Information received from our suppliers will be evaluated and further engagements regarding mitigation will be held with stakeholders should it be deemed
necessary.&nbsp;</span></span><br>
&nbsp;<br>
<span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">In addition, to the contracting process, suppliers will also be requested to do the following:</span></span></span>

<li><span style="color:#000080;"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">Strategic Suppliers will be requested by Contract Specialist in Category Management to complete the DDQ;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">Suppliers will also be requested to complete the DDQ as part of the Application Process; &nbsp;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="color:#000080;"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">During the RFP/RFQ Process, suppliers will be receiving communication requesting them to complete the DDQ; and</span></span></span></li>
