Reflecting the fast-paced, changing world where higher expectations are imposed upon businesses regarding ethical business practices and decision-making, The Sasol Supplier Code of Conduct has been updated for your perusal, information and action.  
 
Entrenching our values, purpose and strategy, the updated Code serves as the foundation that underpins our expectations of suppliers’ behaviors and actions when conducting business with Sasol, globally.  It serves as a moral compass on the behaviors expected from individuals and organizations alike, in our interactions with all stakeholders.  
 
The Code specifically addresses the risk of bribery and corruption as a significant concern for both business and regulators, worldwide. With the aim of curbing corruption and bribery internationally, cross-border Anti-bribery legislation is pivotal to organizations operating in numerous countries and regions and Sasol is committed to conducting business aligned to all applicable legal requirements.
 
Conforming with the regulatory requirements in all our operational jurisdictions, we request our Suppliers and business partners to align themselves to the Sasol Supplier Code of Conduct. “Acting  ethically”  and complying  with and to international and local anti-bribery standards and anti-corruption legislation, forms the foundation of sound business practices and partnerships.
 
We encourage you to please take a moment to reacquaint yourself with this vital document. Decisions implemented and the ensuing actions arising from those decisions, may impact your business interactions with Sasol. Compliance, ownership and accountability regarding the Code as individuals and business partners, is paramount.
