Achilles Supply Chain Risk Index (ASCRI)

The Achilles Supply Chain Resilience Index (ASCRI) has, throughout the whole of 2021, flagged co= mmodity prices and energy supply as bellwethers for global supply chains. O= ur data shows that to weather this crisis, organisations need visibility ac= ross their supply chains to identify vulnerabilities and alternative source= s of supply. 

 

The Achilles Supply Chain Resilience Index= (ASCRI) is a time series index measuring changes in supply chain risk.

The index measures u= nderlying supply chain resilience by country across six categories: Economi= c, Environmental, Labour Practices, Legal and Governance, Resilience, and S= afety and Security. Each country=E2=80=99s score is derived by combining th= e Achilles=E2=80=99 Scores of suppliers based in the country with that coun= try=E2=80=99s overall performance in those six categories. This framework i= s then supplemented by a range of global measures, including shipping and s= entiment data.
