The Sasol  Service Portal is a great resource where you can submit and track your queries enabling us to respond as swiftly as possible. You are also able to request additional information and follow-up on existing queries.
We are pleased to introduce the Supplier Statement Submission functionality on the Service Portal.
This enhancement to the Service Portal, allows suppliers to log and track the status of their statement submissions. It also enables Sasol to track any missing invoices and outstanding queries, in order to improve our turn-around time and ensure that all invoices received are processed efficiently.
All existing Service Portal users can access the Supplier Statement Submission functionality by logging on to the platform via the link below.

<span style="color:#203864;"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">The purpose of the Sasol Supplier Industrial Relations Procedure is to set out the basic principles, as well as, the minimum requirements which
regulate and govern the IR Partnership between Sasol and the supplier. This is also applicable to the relationships between suppliers, their employees; their contractors and external Socio-political stakeholders. It further provides consistency in
terms of labour related matters.</span></span></span><br>

<li><span style="color:#203864;"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">The Supplier’s Managing Director is required to submit a letter according to the Supplier IR requirements, wherein the Supplier confirms
their commitment to ensure that labour harmony is maintained, as well as, their commitment and adherence to Site IR requirements.</span></span></span></li>
