At Sasol, compliance and safety are two of our core organisational values. In line with this, we would like to remind you about the importance of Section 37(2) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, which you signed in your agreement with Sasol. Section 37 (2) extends all services rendered on all Sasol sites. 
 
Kindly see attached a copy of Section 37(2) with construction as well as the Section 37(2) without construction. As a valued supplier, you would have signed either one of these documents, depending on the type of agreement you have with Sasol. We want to encourage you to please take the time to re-familiarise yourself with the content and understand your legal responsibility according to the Occupational Health and Safety act.
